Our Background

We have a rich history in cultivating marijuana for medical use, helping people with legal problems, and being a trusted resource for information on medical marijuana.

We built a website in 2001 because it seemed difficult to find a well presented and informative website about the process of applying for medical cannabis use in Canada. It was the first of its kind.

Over the years, our predecessors at Island Harvest, Eric Nash and Wendy Little, accumulated crucial information for those seeking assistance in getting legal medical marijuana and are credited with furthering patients rights in the courts and fulfilling the long-needed service of connecting patients to growers in Canada.

As you can see at the top of the page, we'll always have a little reminder of their hard work and know they are watching over us, expecting that with this new site and the start of a new era we'll carry on their good work.

What hasn't changed with the design of our new site is that then and now we exist to fill a need for patients who are looking for a community to be a part of and provide a useful service and product so the journey through sickness and discomfort is as pain free as possible
